Jeff and Tonya Hoglen serve as missionaries, pastors, trainers, and spiritual parents in the Philippines.
Their story is rooted in a simple and relentless mission: multiply disciples, multiply leaders, and multiply churches. OAIM gives structure to that calling through church planting, training, outreach, and care for vulnerable communities.
Field story
From ministry experience to missionary presence.
Jeff and Tonya moved to the Philippines in July 2022 to reach people far from Jesus, make disciples, and plant churches. Jeff is currently pastoring in the Philippines and serves as Lead Pastor of RockFish Church Philippines. He has more than two decades of ministry experience, has earned a Doctorate of Ministry, serves as CEO of ChurchPlanting.com, and is a certified Maxwell Leadership Speaker, Coach, and Trainer.
Tonya brings a pastoral and practical heart to the work, including the launch of Hand Up House, a Christ-centered home environment for college-aged women transitioning out of unsafe or toxic living situations. Together, Jeff and Tonya lead with hospitality, discipleship, and a commitment to healthy church culture.
